The Access Management Officer (AMO) within BNP Paribas manages the requests for BNPP account
Romania’s staff, for client VMs and applications.
The AMO also provides basic support for incidents related to these VMs and applications.
As IBM is promoting a self-help culture, the AMO will not provide support for installations,
management or incidents related to IBM tools and applications.
Reports to:
Business Operations Manager
• Access management
– Request on-boarding in the BNPP tools
– Request BNPP User ID creation
– Determine needed technical/applications profile
– Request VM creation and relevant profile association
– Request VM administration rights
– Request VM software installations
– Request VM Network/shared drives access
– Request access to servers
– Request Firewall derogations
– Monitor access requests completion, follow-up and escalate when necessary
• SecureID/Token management
– Order SecureID stocks and ensure supply is sufficient
– Allocate and activate SecureIDs
– Log SecureID’s allocation
• Incident management
– Provide guidance for VM incidents
– Provide guidance for SecureID/Token activation
– Maintain the Incidents log
– Follow-up for incidents resolution
– Escalate issues in a timely manner
– Report risks
• Monthly BNPP Infrastructure quality rating
• Reporting
– Produce periodic incidents reports & VM unavailability reports
– Report VM/accesses request/installation status
– Assist with ad-hoc reporting
– Maintain the VM Access Status File updated
– Maintain/update the VM related info and the Servers Profile Accesses List in the Mass Access
List (MAL)

– Analyse VM’s performance
– Provide support for BNPP applications/infrastructure migrations
• Processes & methodology
– Maintain/update the VM Connectivity Guide
– Maintain/update the Guide de Demandes Administratives
– Maintain/update the Good Practices guide
– Maintain/update various HowTo/Training documents
– Maintain/update the Application Profiles list
– Support the definition of the processes, procedures and controls to be used at BOM function
– Support the definition and enforcement of the BNPP Way Framework
– Ensure compliance with the defined processes
– Ensure the defined processes follow the general CIC Romania and GBS guidelines, processes
and methods
– Propose and implement process improvements
– Advanced knowledge of French
– Good command of MS Excel
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
– Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
– Inventive, determined and with a strong desire to improve the current processes
– Previous Level 1 support experience is an advantage
